Account & Registration

Click the "Register" button in the top menu, fill out the registration form with your details, and follow the verification process. Make sure to use a valid email address as you'll need to verify it.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Payments & Billing

We currently accept payments through PayPal, which allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, credit card, or bank account.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team through the contact form with your order details and reason for the refund request.

Cases & Rewards

Each case contains a selection of exclusive creator content. When you open a case, you'll randomly receive one of the possible items shown in the case preview.

Each item in our cases has a rarity level: Common (blue), Rare (purple), or Epic (gold). The rarity system is straightforward - Common items have the highest drop rate, Rare items are less frequent, and Epic items are the most exclusive with the lowest drop rate. You can see the exact percentage for each item directly in the case preview.
